About the transition from IOTT to MultiWave Networks

Existing IOTT Customers

From 1st June 2024 IOTT will no longer be providing residential nbn Sky Muster Plus services on the Cocos (Keeling) Islands. To ensure continuity of services, IOTT has secured an arrangement with MultiWave Networks (IOTT’s current wholesale provider) to provide services from 1st June.

Your plans, your monthly charges and your service will remain the same and there will be no interruption to your service.

MultiWave Networks are also working to establish an arrangement for a local on-island support resource for our Cocos Island customers.

You do not need to do anything for your service to continue with MultiWave Networks from the 1st June. Of course, if you wish, you can opt out at any time prior by transferring your service to another nbn provider.

FAQs

Will there be any interruption to my service?

No, your service will continue unless you opt out.

 

Will my plan change?

No. MultiWave Networks is offering exactly the same plans as you currently have with IOTT.

 

Will I have to pay more?

No. Since there is no change to your plan your monthly cost will remain the same.

 

How do I get support?

Our support team can be contacted at cocos.support@multiwavenetworks.net.au or on 1300 525 800. We are also working to establish an arrangement for a local on-island support resource for our Cocos Island customers.

 

Can I opt not to participate?

Yes, just contact us on cocos.questions@multiwavenetworks.net.au before 1st June. You will need to find another provider to sign up with and transfer to and may experience an interruption to your service.

 

Can I change providers after 1st June?

Yes, you can purchase a plan through any other nbn Sky Muster Plus provider at any time before or after 1st June.

 

How do I sign up?

If you are an existing residential customer of IOTT with an active nbn Sky Muster Plus service there is no need to register separately. To ensure a smooth transition, your service will remain connected with MultiWave Networks. MultiWave Networks will email you the details of how to log into our customer portal to setup your payment preference.

 

How do I pay my MultiWave Networks bill?

You can pay by Credit Card or EFT.

To setup a monthly credit card payment, just log into our customer portal with the details we have emailed you and enter your credit card details.
